- The project will begin after all the materials are in our hands

- Rough electrical and plumbing work is completed
- Any necessary wall and ceiling repairs completed
- New flooring installed or hardwood refinished (by others)
- Cabinets delivered to residence and installed
- Countertops are templated
- Countertops delivered and installed
- Plumbing and electrical completed
- Back-splash installed
- Final review by homeowner and Southbury Kitchens
